Shipping

  • Carriers: Products purchased from Bella Krystal are shipped through the following carriers: DHL, VIVA, and ENVÍA.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery time is subject to the policies of each carrier. Bella Krystal does not guarantee specific delivery times.
  • Shipping Cost: The shipping cost is paid directly to the carrier upon delivery of the product. Bella Krystal does not include the shipping cost in the product prices.

Warranties and Returns
